Call us at (352) 589-6247 to schedule a date and time for pick-up. We will need to know the date the patient passed away for insurance and billing purposes.
Insurance payments can take a while. In the event we send a claim to your insurance provider and they deem it your responsibility for deductible or co-insurance, these charges would be transferred to you after we receive payment from the insurance company.
Please ensure that you update us as soon as possible with insurance changes and information. If you have medical equipment renting, delay in update may cause charges to be billed to the patient.

In the state of Florida, all Blue Cross Blue Shield policies bill through CareCentrix.
NewAir Home Care receives a contracted fee from CareCentrix and any questions regarding patient cost, deductible, and/or co-pay need to be directed to CareCentrix managed care at 800-808-1902.
